WirelessSupport.com Return, Exchange, Billing, and Refund Policy

Scope
This policy applies to orders placed directly on WirelessSupport.com or our storefront at shop.wirelesssupport.com. Purchases made through other retailers or marketplaces follow those platforms’ policies.
Our Promise
We work hard to make your purchase smooth and worry-free. If something is not right, we’ll help you with a return, exchange, or warranty path as simply as possible.
Returns
We’ll issue a full refund for eligible products that meet the requirements below. Applicable sales taxes are included in your refund. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
Return window
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to start a return or exchange. Items must be received by the shipping carrier within the 30 day return window.
Condition
Returns and exchanges must include:

The product in the same condition it arrived
If your return is accepted, we’ll process a refund or send an exchange based on your preference.
When a return may be rejected
We may reject a return if the product or packaging is damaged, missing parts, or not in acceptable condition. If we reject a return, no refund will be issued. You may choose to have the product shipped back to you; if you decline, we will responsibly recycle or dispose of it.
Damage in transit
If a product is damaged due to the carrier’s handling, you won’t be held responsible. Please notify us right away so we can help file a claim and resolve it quickly.
Return & Exchange Process

Contact Wireless Support at support@wirelesssupport.comwith your order number and issue details.

If your order is eligible, we’ll send return instructions and, in many cases, a prepaid return label.

Drop off the package with the indicated carrier and keep your receipt.

Confirm drop-off by replying to your support thread so we know to expect the package.
Notes:

We don’t mail paper labels.

We can’t reimburse shipping paid to a different carrier or any optional carrier add-ons (scheduled pick-ups, tracking upgrades, etc.).
Exchanges
Need a different item or a replacement of the same item? We’ll process an exchange after your return is accepted. If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund.
Warranty
Most new devices (Cell Phones & Tablets) include a manufacturer warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. Additionally, we offer a 90-day warranty on all mobile accessories and a 1-year warranty on mobile phones and tablets. For warranty help, contact our support team (support@wirelesssupport.com) with your order number and device details.
Billing Policy
When you purchase through WirelessSupport.com or shop.wirelesssupport.com, you’ll provide billing, shipping, and payment information so we can process your order. By placing an order, you represent that you are the authorized account holder for the payment method used and agree that we may charge the product price, taxes, shipping, and handling disclosed at checkout.
Your order is an offer to buy. We’ll email you an Order Confirmation to acknowledge receipt. We accept your offer and form a contract of sale only when we dispatch the product and send a Shipment Confirmation.
If you’re not fully satisfied with a product purchased on our site, you may return it within 30 days of purchase under the return terms above. After 30 days, your recourse is through the applicable warranty (manufacturer or through us).
At checkout, you may be able to pay using other third-party payment providers such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. These are third-party services with their own terms, privacy, and refund policies. If you complete payment with a third party, parts of your purchase may be governed by that provider’s policies as well.
