Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain how Wireless Support (“Wireless Support,” “we,” “us,” “our”) provides its websites, online store, and related services (together, the “Services”), and the rules that apply when you use them or buy from us. 

These Terms apply to: 

  • Our Shopify store at shop.wirelesssupport.com 

  • Any other Wireless Support site or online service that links to these Terms 

  • Any purchases or other transactions you make through those services 

“You” means the person or entity using the Services. 

By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy at:

If you do not agree, do not use the Services. 

If you have a separate signed agreement with Wireless Support, that agreement will control where it conflicts with these Terms. 

 

1. Who May Use the Services 

 

By using the Services, you confirm that: 

  • You are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and 

  • You have authority to agree to these Terms, including for any business or organization you represent. 

 

If you allow a minor to use devices you purchased from us, you are responsible for that minor’s use. 

 

Our Services are designed mainly for business and organizational customers, including Amazon Delivery Service Providers, home services companies, and other operators that manage fleets of devices. You are responsible for how your team uses devices and services you purchase from us and for managing any required security, compliance, or device management settings. 

 

Nothing in these Terms limits any non waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law. 

 

 

2. Your Account and Information 

 

To use some features or place orders, you may need to create an account or provide information (such as name, contact details, business name, billing and shipping information). You agree that what you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you have the right to provide it. 

 

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure, restricting access to your account and devices, and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer or sell your account. 

 

If you believe your account or a device we provided has been compromised, contact us at support@wirelesssupport.com. 

 

 

3. Our Products and Services 

 

We work to describe and present our products and services clearly. However: 

  • Colors and appearance may vary by device or display settings. 

  • Product descriptions, features, and availability may change at any time. 

 

We may, at our discretion: 

  • Limit or refuse sales to any person, business, region, or jurisdiction 

  • Limit quantities 

  • Discontinue or modify products, bundles, or services 

 

If you have specific technical or operational needs, contact us before purchasing so we can help you choose a suitable solution. 

 

 

4. Orders, Returns, and Cancellations 

 

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when: 

  • We have received and processed your payment 

  • We send you an order confirmation, and 

  • We ship your order 

 

We may decline or cancel an order to protect customers, prevent fraud or misuse, comply with law, or address supply or operational issues. If we cancel or change your order, we will try to notify you using the email, billing address, or phone number provided. 

 

Review your order carefully before submitting. We may not be able to change or cancel an order after we accept it. 

 

All returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, available at:

which is part of these Terms. 

 

 

5. Prices, Taxes, and Billing 

 

Prices, fees, discounts, and promotions: 

  • May change without notice 

  • May differ from prices offered by us elsewhere or by third parties 

  • Are the prices in effect at the time you place your order, as shown on your order confirmation 

 

Unless we clearly state otherwise, prices do not include taxes, shipping and handling, customs, duties, or import charges. You are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees. 

 

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information for all purchases and confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. You agree to pay all charges at the posted prices, including taxes, shipping, and handling. 

 

If your payment fails or your account becomes past due, we may suspend or cancel orders or Services until payment is resolved. 

 

 

6. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss 

 

We ship orders using third party carriers. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, labor issues, or other events outside our control. 

 

6.1 When we are responsible 

 

Until the carrier marks your order as delivered to the shipping address you provided, Wireless Support is responsible for loss or damage in transit, except as described in Section 6.3. 

 

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@wirelesssupport.com as soon as possible and no later than ten business days after the date shown in carrier tracking as delivered or expected for delivery. We may ask for reasonable information (for example, photos of damage or a non delivery statement) to help us work with the carrier. 

 

If we confirm that your order was lost or damaged in transit, we will, at our option, either: 

  • Send a replacement at no additional charge, or 

  • Refund the purchase price and any applicable taxes and shipping paid for that item. 

 

We may limit replacements or refunds if we reasonably believe there is abuse or fraud. 

 

6.2 After delivery 

 

When the carrier’s tracking shows that your order has been delivered to the shipping address you provided, title and risk of loss transfer to you. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage that occurs after delivery. If you believe a package marked as delivered is missing, we will try to assist you with the carrier, but we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement beyond what is described above. 

 

6.3 Incorrect or undeliverable addresses 

 

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is lost, damaged, returned, or cannot be delivered because the address you provided was incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise undeliverable: 

  • You are responsible for the full cost of any lost or damaged product, and 

  • You are responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend or replace the order. 

 

We may choose to cancel the order and issue a partial refund, less any amounts we cannot recover (including product and shipping costs). 

 

 

7. Communication Preferences and Consent 

 

By providing your email address or phone number, you agree that we may contact you by email, phone, or text message for: 

  • Order confirmations and updates 

  • Shipping and delivery notices 

  • Support, service, and safety communications 

  • Account, billing, or subscription information 

 

Message and data rates may apply. You can update contact preferences by following instructions in our messages or by contacting us. 

 

We may also ask for your consent to send marketing or promotional emails or text messages. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by: 

  • Clicking the unsubscribe link in an email 

  • Following opt out instructions in a text message 

  • Contacting us at support@wirelesssupport.com 

 

Opting out of marketing does not affect operational or transactional messages needed to service your account, orders, or devices. 

 

We handle our communications program in line with applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and CAN SPAM, as applicable. 

 

 

8. Intellectual Property 

 

The Services, including all trademarks, logos, text, graphics, images, product descriptions, video, audio, and the design and organization of those materials, are owned by Wireless Support, our affiliates, or our licensors and are protected by law. 

 

You may use the Services only for your own internal business or personal use. You may not, without our written permission: 

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display materials from the Services 

  • Modify or create derivative works based on the Services or their content 

  • Use any Wireless Support trademarks, logos, or branding in a way that suggests sponsorship or endorsement 

 

All rights not expressly granted are reserved. 

 

 

9. Third Party Services, Tools, and Shopify 

 

The Services may provide access to tools, apps, or content offered by third parties, including carriers, app providers, and logistics partners. These are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or any loss or damage arising from your use of them. Your use of third party tools and services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. 

 

Our online store is powered by Shopify. Shopify provides ecommerce and payment processing functionality, but your purchases are made directly with Wireless Support, not with Shopify. Shopify may collect and process personal information about your use of the store. For details, see our Privacy Policy, which links to Shopify’s privacy documentation. 

 

To the extent permitted by law, you agree that Shopify is not responsible for issues arising from your purchases or relationship with Wireless Support. 

 

 

10. Subscriptions, Renewals, and Cancellation 

 

Some products and services may be sold as subscriptions with recurring charges (“Subscription Services”). 

 

10.1 Auto renewal 

 

Unless we state otherwise at signup or in a separate agreement, Subscription Services: 

  • Renew automatically at the end of each billing period for the same length of time, and 

  • Are billed to the payment method you have on file at the then current price. 

 

We will clearly disclose at checkout when a purchase includes a recurring charge, the amount and frequency of the charge, and how to cancel. 

 

10.2 How to cancel 

 

You can cancel Subscription Services at any time by following any cancellation instructions in your account or order confirmation, or by contacting us at support@wirelesssupport.com with enough information to identify your account. 

 

When you cancel, you will keep access to the Subscription Service through the end of your current paid term, unless we say otherwise at purchase. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law or stated in a separate agreement. 

 

10.3 Changes to subscription pricing or features 

 

We may change the price or features of Subscription Services. If we make a material change that affects an active subscription, we will give you advance notice as required by law. If you do not agree to the new terms or pricing, you may cancel before the changes take effect. 

 

 

11. Privacy and California Privacy Rights 

 

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share personal information, and the choices you have. It is available at:

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights, such as: 

  • The right to request access to the personal information we collect about you 

  • The right to request correction or deletion of your personal information, subject to exceptions 

  • The right to opt out of certain sales or sharing of personal information 

  • The right to limit the use and disclosure of certain sensitive personal information 

 

How to exercise these rights, where they apply, is explained in our Privacy Policy. 

 

We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense. If we ever engage in practices that qualify as selling or sharing personal information under California law, we will provide required notices and choices as described in our Privacy Policy. 

 

 

12. Feedback, Reviews, and Submissions 

 

If you submit any ideas, suggestions, reviews, comments, or other content (“Feedback”), you give Wireless Support a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, royalty free license to use, copy, modify, distribute, and display that Feedback for any purpose, including improving and promoting our Services. 

 

You represent that: 

  • You own or control all rights in the Feedback you provide 

  • Your Feedback is accurate and lawful 

  • Your Feedback does not violate the rights of any third party 

 

We may monitor, edit, or remove Feedback that we believe violates these Terms or applicable law, but we do not have to. 

 

 

13. Prohibited Uses 

 

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and as allowed by these Terms. You agree not to: 

  • Violate any law or regulation 

  • Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of Wireless Support or any third party 

  • Try to gain unauthorized access to systems, networks, or data 

  • Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the Services 

  • Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Services without our permission 

  • Upload or transmit malware, harmful code, or content intended to damage or interfere with systems or data 

  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, including impersonating another person or entity 

  • Use the Services for fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity 

 

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we believe you are violating these Terms or creating risk for us, our customers, or others. 

 

 

14. Accessibility 

 

We strive to make our websites, online store, and digital experiences accessible and usable for as many people as possible. 

 

If you have trouble using the Services or accessing information because of a disability, contact us at support@wirelesssupport.com or at the address in Section 24. We will review your request and work in good faith to provide reasonable assistance or alternative access. 

 

 

15. Disclaimer of Warranties 

 

The information and content on the Services is provided for general information and convenience. We do not promise that all information is accurate, complete, or current, and you use it at your own risk. 

 

Except as expressly stated in a written warranty or service agreement we provide with a specific product or service, and to the fullest extent permitted by law: 

  • The Services and all products and services offered through them are provided “as is” and “as available.” 

  • We make no warranties or conditions of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non infringement. 

  • We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free. 

 

California consumer notice: Nothing in this Section is intended to limit or waive non waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including the California Song Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act, or similar laws. Where the law requires us to provide warranties or prohibits certain disclaimers, that law controls. 

 

 

16. Limitation of Liability 

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law: 

  • Wireless Support and our directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services or any products or services purchased through the Services. 

  • Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or any transaction with you is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Wireless Support for the product or service giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). 

 

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those places, some of these limits may not apply to you. 

 

 

17. Indemnification 

 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wireless Support and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to: 

  • Your use of the Services or products purchased from us 

  • Your violation of these Terms 

  • Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party 

 

We may control the defense and settlement of any indemnified claim at your expense. We will not settle any claim that imposes non monetary obligations on you without your consent, which will not be unreasonably withheld. 

 

 

18. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver 

 

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights. 

 

18.1 Informal resolution 

 

Most issues can be resolved by contacting our support team. Before starting formal legal action, you agree to first contact us at support@wirelesssupport.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute. 

 

18.2 Agreement to arbitration 

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or any product or service you purchase from us, that cannot be resolved informally, will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. 

 

Arbitration will be administered by a reputable arbitration provider such as the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules and will take place in Los Angeles County, California, unless we both agree to another location or to a remote proceeding. 

 

Either you or Wireless Support may bring qualifying claims in small claims court instead of arbitration. 

 

18.3 Class action and jury trial waiver 

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law: 

  • You and Wireless Support agree that any arbitration or court proceeding will be limited to the dispute between us and will not be brought as a class or representative action. 

  • You and Wireless Support waive any right to a jury trial. 

 

If a court finds that applicable law does not allow enforcement of part of this Section as to a particular claim or remedy, that claim or remedy (and only that claim or remedy) may be brought in court. The rest of this Section 18 will remain in effect. 

 

Some consumers may have additional rights or may not be required to agree to arbitration in advance under the laws of their state or country. Where those laws apply and do not permit arbitration or class waivers, they control. 

 

 

19. Severability 

 

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. 

 

 

20. Waiver and Entire Agreement 

 

Our failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision. 

 

These Terms, together with the policies and additional terms referenced here (such as our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy), are the entire agreement between you and Wireless Support regarding your use of the Services and replace any prior or contemporaneous agreements about the Services. 

 

Any ambiguity in these Terms will not be construed against either party. 

 

 

21. Assignment 

 

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, and any attempted assignment without consent is void. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms without your consent, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets. 

 

 

22. Governing Law and Venue 

 

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them, the Services, or any product or service you purchase from us are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. 

 

Subject to the arbitration provisions in Section 18, you and Wireless Support consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts in Los Angeles County, California. 

 

 

23. Changes to These Terms 

 

You can review the most current version of these Terms at any time on this page. 

 

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will provide notice as required by law, which may include: 

  • Posting the updated Terms on the Services, and 

  • Updating the “Last updated” date at the top of these Terms, and 

  • Providing additional notice by email or within your account, where appropriate. 

 

Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of updated Terms means you accept those changes.
